Prerequisites

Installation and configuration

Add the tap-pendo extractor to your project using
```
meltano add
```

meltano add extractor tap-pendo

Configure the tap-pendo settings using

meltano config
```

meltano config tap-pendo set --interactive

Test that extractor settings are valid using

meltano config

meltano config tap-pendo test

Integration Key (x_pendo_integration_key)

Environment variable: TAP_PENDO_X_PENDO_INTEGRATION_KEY

This is the integration key generated via the Pendo website: Settings -> Integrations -> Integration Keys.

Period (period)

Environment variable: TAP_PENDO_PERIOD

This defines how data is aggregated, either on a daily or hourly basis.

Lookback Window (lookback_window)

Environment variable: TAP_PENDO_LOOKBACK_WINDOW
Default Value: 0

The number of days to use as the lookback window.

Include Anonymous Visitors (include_anonymous_visitors)

Environment variable: TAP_PENDO_INCLUDE_ANONYMOUS_VISITORS
Default Value: false

Defines whether or not to include anonymous visitors in the results.

Start Date (start_date)

Environment variable: TAP_PENDO_START_DATE

This is the default start date value to use if no bookmark is present.
